Multi-Shipment Orders
If your order contains different product types, items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. For example, a Stanley/Stella organic tee (fulfilled from USA or Europe) and an AOP Sweatshirt (fulfilled from Mexico or Latvia) would arrive in separate packages. Each shipment gets its own tracking number. All shipments are free.
Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number via email once it ships. Carriers include USPS, DHL, FedEx, and Asendia depending on destination and package details. If your estimated delivery date has passed, wait 1-2 additional days for delays in transit. If still not received, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
