Who holds the GRS / OEKO-TEX certifications?
Printful's in-house production division holds the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification for the recycled polyester content, and the substrate is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified. DDS sells the finished garment; the certifications cover the materials used in production. Verify each cert on our transparency page.
How is this printed?
All-over sublimation. The full fabric panel is printed flat, then cut and hand-sewn into the finished sweatshirt by Printful's in-house team. Disclaimer: with dark designs the white base fabric may show slightly at seams or folds (sleeve cuffs, hems) — that's an expected result of the sublimation process.
When will I get it?
Printful fulfillment is 2-5 business days, then shipping. US transit is typically 4-22 business days (most orders 5-9 days). International transit varies. Free worldwide shipping.
What is your return policy?

Why does this not have GOTS or OCS certification?
This piece is built from recycled polyester, not organic cotton. The relevant certification for recycled synthetics is GRS (Global Recycled Standard), which Printful holds. GOTS and OCS only apply to organic natural fibers.
